In October 2010 Guerrero was signed to a developmental contract. She made her debut at the December 16, 2010 FCW TV tapings accompaning the other FCW divas at ringside during the Naomi vs AJ Lee match. At the February 03, 2010 FCW TV tapings, she was interviewed backstage by Caylee Turner under her new ring name as Raquel Diaz before being interuppted and insulted by AJ Lee then Raquel then slapped AJ. She made her in-ring debut at a FCW house show on February 11, 2010 where she and Naomi were defeated by AJ Lee and Asksana. The following night the same match up happened again with the same result only with Raquel's mother Vickie present.
